Isuzu MUX launched in India at INR 23.99 Lakh
Isuzu Motors India launched today the MU-X SUV in India at a starting price of Rs. 23.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi)
The 4x2 variant is priced at Rs. 23.99 whereas the 4 ×4 variant starts from Rs. 25.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Isuzu MU-X comes with only one engine option, the 3-litre diesel that generates a power of 174 bhp and 380 Nm of peak torque.
The engine is mated to a 5-speed sequential shift automatic transmission which will also be offered in a 4x4 'Terrain Command' variant. The 4x4 version will come with a 4x4 high and 4x4 low ratios. The Isuzu MU-X boasts of a claimed fuel efficiency of 13.8 kmpl.
The MU-X SUV is built on the same platform as the new-generation D-Max and resembles a lot with respect to the design and styling elements with a good-looking front end.
The MUX will compete against the likes of Ford Endeavour and the Toyota Fortuner.
